1941 Harley-Davidson WLD in Sterling Heights, MI

This is a 1941 Harley-Davidson WLD in new restored condition. All new parts are correct. 95% of bike is original. The only parts that are not are the fenders, tires, spokes, brake shoes, battery and some bolts. All hardware has been parkerized as has every part that is called for in the manual. All the work is according to Bruce Palmer in his Restoration Manual. New pistons, valves, gaskets, seals and other items have been replaced. There is too much to list...The speedo is a replica but I have the original which needs to be rebuilt..The usual oil leaks even with new gaskets. Starts on 2nd or 3rd kick after the usual procedure..Only 2331 WLD's were produced from [removed phone] out of over 144,000 W models up to 1952.
